What gets checked
Every feed gets a health score from the issues found across all of its vehicles.
- Blank values in columns a channel requires
- Malformed VINs, and VINs that fail their check digit
- The same VIN appearing more than once
- Zero or missing prices
- Formulas that reference a column your export no longer has
Fix it in one place
Each issue points to the rows affected and the fix that usually resolves it — fall back to MSRP, de-duplicate by VIN, filter out vehicles without photos — so you change a rule, not a spreadsheet.
Know when something breaks
Failed deliveries and source files that could not be read are flagged on the home screen, with the error, so a DMS outage does not quietly empty your ads. If an edit caused it, version history shows who changed what, and the previous version is one click away.
